Harmonics Measurement

Displays up to 500 harmonics, even at aerospace power frequencies, with configuration options for linear, relative-linear, logarithmic, or relative-logarithmic amplitude displays. Users can touch specific harmonic bars to select up to 8 harmonics for digital display of amplitude and phase. Additionally, harmonic limits can be imported, with direct notifications for exceeded limits.

Power Data

With one click, display V (Voltage), A (Current), W (Active Power), VA (Apparent Power), VAR (Reactive Power), and PF (Power Factor) data for any chosen channel or VPA channel group. Further parameters like peak value, phase, CF (Crest Factor), and more can also be displayed along with energy results (WHr). Users with specific data needs can create custom data screens using spreadsheet tools and upload via the interface or USB.

Scope View (Oscilloscope Simulation)

Provides oscilloscope-like waveform capture and analysis. Up to six signals can be displayed simultaneously, with adjustable scaling, offset, and color for each signal. Time-base, trigger, and trigger positions are fully configurable. In scenarios requiring high amplitude accuracy (up to 0.03%), this feature surpasses traditional oscilloscopes in precision.

Cycle View

Displays waveforms of voltage and/or current during the current cycle, with zoom options offering detailed views (e.g., a 10V square wave with 50:1 magnification in red). Amplitude and scaling configurations are nearly limitless, with an effective sampling rate of up to 384 MSPS, ensuring independence from harmonic sampling.

Vector

Displays voltage and current vectors as polar charts for chosen channels or VPAs. For multiphase VPAs, inter-phase voltage and unmeasured neutral-phase vectors are included. Up to 10 vectors can be displayed, with user-defined color selections for each vector.

History

Automatically tracks continuous non-harmonic measurement results and selected harmonic data. History graphs can display up to 4 parameters simultaneously, with a recording period of up to 397 days. Span zooming (up to 1/64 of the total duration) is enabled, providing infinite amplitude zoom capabilities and cursor manipulation via touchscreen.

Standby Power Measurement

Built-in standby power testing is compliant with EN50564:2011 (replacing IEC62301). With the press of the STBY POWER button, measurements begin immediately. All data is neatly presented on a single screen for easy viewing, and image files can be saved directly to a connected USB for report inclusion. Measurement methods, minimum test durations, and data logging options per EN50564:2011 are available, with independent measurements for standby power within each configured VPA.

Highly Flexible Measurement Module Design

The modular design supports budget-friendly yet performance-driven options. The main unit supports up to four module slots, allowing combinations of different channel types. This flexible configuration includes adjustable input current options, with each channel card capable of selecting unique input current ranges.

X Module: Optimized for connections with various external shunt resistors and current sensors.

Key Features

Hardware design engineers constantly face the challenge of elevating efficiency and minimizing power consumption down to the last milliwatt. Applications like LED and HID lighting, solar panels, inverter efficiency testing, and EV PWM motor drive systems demand rapid, precise, and reliable power measurement. Vitrek PA910/920 delivers unmatched performance, empowering you to accurately capture essential waveforms and power data, eliminating unwanted energy losses during design.
