An ultrasound transducer, also referred to as an ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic converter, or ultrasonic sensor, is commonly recognized as the ultrasound probe used in medical facilities.

Since 1977, the SECULIFE UP Ultrasound Power Meter has been widely utilized by medical institutions worldwide and has become the recognized standard for measuring and recording the power output of medical probes (transducers).

The SECULIFE UP Ultrasound Power Meter is equipped with a test chamber measuring 5 inches in diameter and 3½ inches in height. Measuring ultrasound power through acoustic radiation force is the most reliable method. The center of the probe being tested is positioned above a 45° conical target, immersed in degassed water.
