The FLIR ETS320 is a thermal imaging system designed for benchtop use, reducing test times and improving the evaluation of circuit board component layouts and operational status. The ETS320 helps R&D engineers and test technicians collect accurate temperature data in seconds, while simultaneously acquiring multi-point temperature data and performing temperature trend analysis. The FLIR ETS320 provides a more cost-effective solution than other multi-channel data logging systems.
Reduce Test Time
Through thermal imaging measurements with the FLIR ETS320, you can quickly identify hotspots and potential component anomalies. Excellent measurement sensitivity allows you to identify temperature changes smaller than 0.06°C. A wider temperature range, from -20°C to 250°C, enables quantitative temperature measurements. Precise spatial resolution provides an effective measurement pixel size down to 170µm.

The FLIR ETS320 enables real-time observation of system operation, improving the efficiency of product development to mass production. The 320 x 240 infrared thermal imaging sensor provides 76,800 points of non-contact temperature measurement. The true 45° horizontal field of view is widely used for initial full-system scans to identify potential issues. A measurement accuracy of ±3°C effectively guarantees the production quality of PCB and full-system component assembly.

The ETS320 is designed for benchtop environments. The streamlined system is as convenient as a desktop instrument. The standard bracket allows for easy installation and measurement, and the 3-inch display screen is ready to use upon power-up. FLIR Tools+ real-time analysis software provides functions such as video recording, panoramic image stitching, long-term data recording, and exporting data to Excel.
